Description:
The traditional recipe for Piedmontese “ghërsin” has been given a fresh twist by our master bakers to produce these classic FORNO PIN artisan creations.


Ingredients:
Plain flour, malted wheat flour, water, maize flour, extra virgin olive oil, blend of lard and extra virgin olive oil, yeast and salt.

Description:
We have added pumpkin seeds to our hand-pulled versions of the famous breadsticks invented in Turin.


Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, rye flour, barley flour, rye berries, soya beans, water, yeast.

Description:
“Selezione Del Ben” flatbread crackers are produced in partnership with Del Ben Formaggi and Latteria di Aviano.
We take the classic dough for Forno PIN’s artisan flatbread crackers and add “Latteria di Aviano Riserva 48 Mesi” cheese.
They are perfect for eating on their own as a snack or serving with cheese and deli meats.


Ingredients for turmeric flatbread crackers:
Plain flour, chia seeds, linseeds, turmeric, dried yeast, malted wheat flour, water, grated Aviano cheese mix 9% (milk, salt, rennet), extra virgin olive oil.

Ideal with breakfast or as a snack, these original, deliciously crumbly crisp bakes are also a great alternative to bread or breadsticks with meals.
