The name “biscuit” originally comes from the Latin “panis biscotus”, meaning “bread cooked twice”. Biscuits are simple, versatile sweet items with ancient origins that can be found in almost all cultures, from the West to the Far East

All of our biscuits are made with extremely fresh, first-rate ingredients using simple, natural recipes. They are great for dunking in milk or tea and can be enjoyed at any time of day, including breakfast.
Our biscuits are made with shortcrust pastry, which is allowed to settle so that the sensory properties of the end products are long-lasting.

The following items can be found in our range of artisan products, which are made with select ingredients that mostly come from the local area: wholemeal biscuits, Bussolà biscuits, lemon and ginger biscuits, cacao and orange biscuits, lemon biscuits, chocolate chip biscuits, and Strucchi.
